At Wildash London, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our shipping options, delivery times, and other key details related to order fulfilment.

UK DELIVERY SERVICES

1. Express Same Day Delivery – London (Zones 1 and 2)

  • Available to customers based in London Zones 1 and 2.
  • Orders must be placed by 12:00 pm (midday) for same-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm will be delivered the next day.
  • Service available 7 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Same-day delivery is only available for products that are in stock and not for made-to-order items.

2. UK Standard Delivery – FREE

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £75 (excluding height charts).
  • Delivery timeframe: 5–7 working days.
  • Delivery days: Monday – Friday.

3. Express Next Day Delivery – £7.95

  • Order by 2:00 pm for next working day delivery.
  • For customers in the Highlands and Islands, delivery may take up to 2 working days.
  • Delivery days: Monday – Friday.

4. Saturday Delivery – £12.95

  • Order by 2:00 pm on Friday for Saturday delivery.
  • Gift-wrapped items: Order by 2:00 pm on Thursday.
  • Not available for remote postcodes.
  • A signature is required upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES

1. Standard International Delivery

Delivery charges to Europe and the rest of the world vary depending on the destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU – 3 to 9 working days

  • USA – 3 to 12 working days

  • Australia & New Zealand – 3 to 9 working days

  • Rest of World – 3 to 14 working days

  • Prices are listed in GBP and payments are processed in GBP.

  • Orders shipped outside the UK including the EU will NOT include UK VAT.

  • You are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes charged once the package reaches your destination.

  • Ensure that your shipping address details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

2. Express International Delivery

  • Express delivery is available to most destinations within the EU and the USA.
  • If the express option does not appear at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote at woollies@wildashlondon.co.uk.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

1. Products In Stock

  • Stock items that do not require customisation are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.
  • Orders placed with the free shipping option may take slightly longer to process.

2. Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-ordered items are shipped on a next-day service once restocked.
  • Most pre-order items ship within 2–3 weeks of the order date.
  • We will notify you if production or shipping is delayed.

3. Made-to-Order Items

These items are custom made and typically take 2–3 weeks to manufacture, but can take longer during peak periods. Made-to-order items include:

  • Non-stock beanbags and pouffes
  • Large sewn sheepskin products
  • Framed and mounted suzanis

We will notify you if there are delays. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Custom Orders

Custom-made items can take up to 6 weeks to produce, depending on the complexity and size of the order. Typical custom orders include:

  • Lined shearling throws
  • Large sewn bespoke design sheepskin items

We will keep you updated if production is delayed. Please be patient — we take pride in producing high-quality products and want them to be perfect when they arrive.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other unforeseen circumstances.
