1. Cancelling a One-Time Purchase

You have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel a one-time purchase:

  • Contact us at woollies@wildashlondon.co.uk with your order details.
  • You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

2. Cancelling a Subscription Purchase

If you have signed up for a recurring subscription, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date.

To cancel a subscription:

  • Log into your account on our website.
  • Navigate to "Manage Subscriptions."
  • Select the subscription you wish to cancel and confirm the cancellation.
  • If you cancel after a billing cycle has started, the cancellation will apply to the next billing period — no refunds are issued for the current period.

3. Non-Cancellable Products

The following products cannot be cancelled or refunded unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personalised items
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not returned in their original packaging

4. Returns and Refunds
