The Boule Icelandic Sheepskin Pouffe - Russet Shorn 50mm

£178.00

The Boule Icelandic Sheepskin Pouffe - Russet Shorn 50mm is available for Pre-order now!

Meet 'The Boule'!

The Boule is made from a gorgeous Icelandic sheepskin shorn to 50mm, creating a very smart look with a sumptuous, even pile.

Super elegant but also practical, the pouffe makes a great addition to the living area as an occasional seat or a footstool, but would also look equally at home in the bedroom as a chic boudoir seat.

The warm russet colour is a beautiful colour and so seasonal, easy to match across all colour palettes.

It's also great for smaller spaces. A great size that adds texture, warmth (and a spare place for visiting bottoms!) without crowding the room.

Dimensions:
Width: 56cm (22 inches) diameter at widest point
Height: 42cm (16.5 inches)

We also do the Longhair Boule as well as the British Boule - both of the same dimensions but creating different looks.

PLEASE NOTE: These pouffes are made to order and can take up to 10-15 days for delivery. If you need your order in a rush, we do hold some stock and may be able to ship express, but please get in touch before ordering.

Some of the sheepskin colours in the range are dyed. Our natural dyes are sensitive to sunlight and may fade or change colour in prolonged direct sunlight. If you are looking for something that will withstand prolonged direct sunlight, please take a look at an undyed natural sheepskin option.

The Boudoir Shorn pouffe undyed colours include: natural spotted, natural black, natural white, natural grey

The best way to care for all your sheepskin products and to maintain the original beauty of its fur and hide is simple!

Just like an old Oriental Rug, just give it a good old shake and a bash outdoors.

To restore pile, clean and disinfect your sheepskin, use our Woolly Wash spray, which is all natural and packed with all sorts of gorgeous ingredients including conditioning lanolin, cleansing lavender oil, lemon myrtle oil & clove oil, to name but a few. For more information or to add a bottle to your order, click here: Washed Woollies Restorative Spray

Ultimately, we DO NOT recommend washing any sheepskin products. Some of our sheepskins are tanned to very high eco standards, which means they ARE NOT MACHINE WASHABLE.

We do stock a range of machine washable sheepskins, but either way, please be advised we do not take responsibility for sheepskin and sheepskin products that have been washed incorrectly (sorry!)...

Below is a guide to caring for our range of sheepskin products.

UNDYED, ECO-TANNED SHEEPSKINS & SHEEPSKIN PRODUCTS

NOT MACHINE WASHABLE!

To maintain the beauty of your sheepskin, give it a good shake or a vacuum to remove loose debris. To clean, disinfect and restore lustre, spray a little Washed Woollies onto the fur side and brush through using a slicker brush. This will restore pile and sheen while conditioning the fur.

Spot clean spills and/or stains only using Washed Woollies Spray or Woolskin Woolwash.

DYED SHEEPSKINS & SHEEPSKIN PRODUCTS, MACHINE WASHABLE WHITE SHEEPSKIN & TUSCAN SHEARLING

To maintain the beauty of your sheepskin, give it a good shake or a vacuum to remove loose debris. To clean, disinfect and restore lustre, spray a little Washed Woollies onto the fur side and brush through using a slicker brush. This will restore pile and sheen while conditioning the fur.

Although not recommended, this range can be CAREFULLY Machine Washed, but please follow our instructions for best results. Sheepskin Washing Instructions Click Here
